NELSON MANDELA DAY WESTERN CAPE

Powafix celebrated Mandela Day 2017 in the Western Cape with Philisa Abafazi Bethu (PAB).

Lucinda Evans, founder of Philisa Abafazi Bethu (PAB) , wrote- “Mandela Day was an eventful eight hours at Philisa Abafazi Bethu (PAB) in the Western Cape. It began with a visit from our friends at Powafix who brought boxes and boxes …and still more boxes of bright, cozy blankets – all the way from DURBAN – for distribution to the children of Lavender Hill. They also brought a very special tea with cake and sandwiches for the children and mothers who were with PAB for the day.”

Powafix is honoured to have spent some valuable time with such incredible woman, who are making such a difference in the Lavender Hill community, and children.
